Products, prices and ordering

Essential characteristics, total price including tax, shipping, payment methods and restrictions are shown before a paid order. Only a control clearly labelled as creating an obligation to pay constitutes a binding offer. Entries can be reviewed and corrected in the basket and during checkout before submitting the order.

Production and delivery time

Many pieces are made after ordering; only selected items are immediately available. The estimated delivery time can be 5–10 days from confirmation. Different times will appear on the product page and confirmation. Statutory late-delivery rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from a distance contract without reason. Full instructions and a model form will be permanently available before contracting.

Making an unchanged catalogue item after ordering does not automatically exclude withdrawal. An exclusion may apply to items made to individual specifications or clearly personalised and will be clearly stated before ordering.

Effects of withdrawal

Payments and the least expensive standard-delivery cost are reimbursed within 14 days after notice. Extra delivery costs are not reimbursed. The same payment method is used unless agreed otherwise, and reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or return evidence is received.

Goods must be returned within 14 days to IRTAVIA, Bettina Zimmermann, Camino Malentivet 26, 12579 Alcossebre (Castellón), Spain. The consumer bears direct return costs and is liable only for value loss caused by unnecessary handling.

Statutory guarantee

Statutory conformity rights apply to new goods. In Spain, the consumer-liability period is generally three years from delivery. Voluntary guarantees do not restrict these rights.

Product safety and manufacturer

Product pages contain the information required by Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988, including IRTAVIA’s manufacturer and contact details, clear product identification and necessary warnings in the market language. Where required, these also accompany the product or packaging.

Complaints may be sent to info@irtavia.com, +34 623 274 591 or the address above. If not resolved directly, IRTAVIA will provide durable information within one month about at least one competent recognised ADR body and its participation. The discontinued EU ODR platform is not linked.
